College of Behavioral & Social sciences wordmark

The College of Behavioral & Social Sciences (BSS) at California State University, Chico is the largest college within Chico State. BSS wanted a wordmark designed that could be used to brand their department. When creating this logo I had to stay within Chico State's branding guidelines which included using pre-established fonts and colors. The logo had to be versatile enough to be shrunken down to 1 inch by 1 inch, as well as enlarged for larger signage, all while maintaining its legibility.
