Native AMerican Heritage Month System

This system was created for Native American Heritage Month, which takes place each November, for the University House and Food Services Department at California State University, Chico. The purpose of this system was to educate students, faculty and staff about Native American cultures, beliefs, and traditions. The client wanted to incorporate photography from the Dorothy Hill Collection of the local Chico Mechoopda Indian Tribe. Along with the photography, I wanted a quote that embodied the Native American culture to be the focus of this piece. This system consisted of three posters that were displayed around campus, an x-frame, a menu graphic, and six napkin holder inserts that were present in the main cafeteria.
